Electrical Training Alliance of Jacksonville Apprenticeship Program

The Electrical Training Alliance of Jacksonville (ETAJ) produces the most Highly qualified electrical apprentices and journeyworker professionals in the field today. 

We are committed to the education of apprentices and journeymen in the organized electrical industry. That strong commitment manifests itself in quality apprenticeship and journeyman level training programs in commercial and industrial electrical technology and voice-data-video technology.   Individuals participating in the various programs can receive college level credit.  Beyond that, they may improve their skill level through continuing education units.. The JEJATC is state registered and VA approved apprenticeship training center committed to helping all training participants reap the rewards of their efforts by constantly updating, improving and developing state-of-the-art training programs of the highest caliber.

Northeast Florida Builders Association's ​Construction Trades Apprenticeship Program

For the over 46 years we've been accredited to offer training in Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC Plumbing, and Sheet Metal and over 1730 apprentices have graduated from our program.

The program gives the apprentice the opportunity to work "hands on" beside the best skilled professionals in the area, on site and in real world situations. The knowledge learned in the textbook comes to life while on the job.

There are no tuition fees for apprentices in registered apprenticeship programs in the state of Florida. The tuition for the classroom instruction is paid by the employer. The only out of pocket expense for the apprentice are for books, required polo shirt for classes, and testing fees, which range from $150-$175 each year.
