The LEEDing Tiny Project

Through a tri-partnership with U.S. Green Building Council Florida, Eco Relics, and Norsk Tiny Houses, this project is on track to make history by being the first LEED Certified tiny house in the nation, as well as inspire other tiny houses and communities to build at this level of performance and wellness.

Inspiration STAGE

The stage presentations by local and national experts will take place all 4 days and will cover topics pertaining to remodeling, renovation, décor, fall gardening and outdoor projects.

Resource Center

In the wake of Hurricane Irma, many North Florida residents are in clean up and repair mode. To help our show guests navigate through restoration efforts, the Jacksonville Home and Patio Show has put together a Hurricane Resource Center. Throughout the show, experts on repair, generators and other resources will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance.

Be My Neighbor Day

The Jacksonville Home + Patio Show and WJCT are hosting Be My Neighbor Day on Saturday, Sept. 30 with a special appearance from PBS’ Nature Cat. Bring the kids for photo opps and a meet-and-greet just for them. Kids under 5 get free admission to the show on Saturday (and every day of the show).

Join us in the courtyard on Sunday 11am - 6pm for a food truck rally.  Local food trucks will be set-up offering food for purchase and the inviting outdoor tables will allow you to relax and grab a bite.
